Don't let the color fool you like it fools my husband...
I know it doesn't look like your typical strawberry pina colada
But I promise you'll feel like you're at the beach while drinking this
but with a tenth of the calories of a normal Pina Colada
and some added veggies too!
It's a win win
and my new favorite breakfast or after work snack.
6-8 frozen stawberries
a couple handfuls of spinach and/or kale
2 cups fresh or canned pineapple (fresh is better)
a few spoonfuls of coconut flakes
2- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
bendy straw (this is key)
Maybe one day I'll get fancy and throw some protein or chia seeds in there.
